We have dedicated experienced team of workers and labours to execute any kind of construction works including interior designing work. We use good quality material (ISI brand wherever applicable) right from the beginning of the work till the end. Our Engineers and supervisors will monitor day today activity of work so that construction work goes smoothly and see to that quality of work is maintained as per IS specification.
We will carry the construction work in following ways
1. Item rate or Unit rate basis: - In this system we shall quote the unit rate (ex: - per square feet or cubic feet) for each item of work and its specification, and after finishing the particular work actual measurement of each item of work is taken at the site, quantity of work done is calculated and billing shall be done accordingly.
2. Square feet basis: - In this type of contract total amount of work shall be calculated by multiplying the plinth area and rate per area. In this option we have different construction packages for the residential buildings. Rate per area shall vary according to the construction packages opted.

Estimations: Building and Construction Estimation
we offer quantity survey estimations as well as cost estimations from the initial working drawings or construction plans. The volumes of different types of material required could be provided if the quality specifications and rates (which need to be furnished from the location of the building) are given to the firm. The preparation of Tenders with detailed specifications and quantities can also be outsourced. Cost estimations are usually conveyed through Microsoft Excel reports with graphics and files. The software used for building quantities is PriMus-DCF Professional.

CAD in Real Estate:
Using a CAD service in any real estate-related work offers you ease and convenience in working processes. You will not any have any more problems with regards to a number of real estate activities because CAD can now be possibly applied in the design of different land properties.
We are using with the latest survey total station software for layout design, which can measure accurately between survey stones to design the layout to avoid the variation in FMB.
